Concept:
This is an illustration of a mythical firebird the immortal Phoenix.
near the end of its life, it will burn itself in to ashes ,
and from the ashes will born a new young Phoenix

Concept:
i captured and illustrated 1 segment form an indonesian
folktale titled "Kancil Dan Buaya", the story is about a very
clever deer which tricked a crocodile to across the river.

Concept:
i illustrated the poetry for mother, basically i adapted visual style from batik.
i use a lot of organic element, like leaves, flowers, birds,
vine and some hidden tiny caterpillars over there.

This is an experimental illustration to bring the image/character trough the composition/combination
of ornaments form batik, for this i took ornaments from "batik Pesisir". The left one i built the protagonist
image, and the antagonist image for the other one.
